Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policies
To maintain a refined and timely experience for all clients, please review the following guidelines:
No Extra Guests
To ensure a calm and professional environment, additional guests are not permitted during appointments. 🤍
Grace Period
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled to avoid impacting the next client. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. ✨
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact me via Instagram DM or phone.
All changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
* Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
* No-shows will be charged a 60% fee and will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

Deposits
Your deposit secures your appointment time and is applied toward your total.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you reschedule, a new deposit will be required. 🤍
Payments
The remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle only.
